Containers in PP

Our containers in Polypropylene are thermo-sealable and are a paramount element of the COMPAC SYSTEM together with tray sealers and sealing film reels.

Technical properties of our containers:

  • High elasticity which make them safe from breakage during handling and transport.
  • Strong seal and leak-proof.
  • Excellent resistance to aggressive chemical agents, to organic and inorganic substances (including oil, fat, etc…) and an excellent physiological behaviour (odourless, flavourless).
  • Suitable for reheating in the microwave at +110°C.
  • Suitable for storage in the refrigerator but we advise to avoid the freezer for risk of breakage during impacts or handling

Containers in CA+PET

Our cardboard trays are produced from pure cellulose fiber coated with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to make them waterproof and greaseproof.

The containers in CA+PET are thermo-sealable and are a paramount element of the COMPAC SYSTEM together with the tray sealers and the sealing film reels.

Our trays can be printed and customised on demand (brands and logos, texts, colours).

Technical properties of our containers:

  • Good mechanical properties (abrasion resistance, flexural strength, etc … );

  • High elasticity which make them safe from breakage during handling and transport;

  • Excellent resistance to aggressive chemical agents, to organic and inorganic substances (including oil, fat, etc…) and an excellent physiological behaviour (odourless, flavourless);

  • Suitable for reheating in microwave ovens or traditional ovens up to +200° C for 60 minutes, and suitable for frozen food down to a minimum temperature of -40° C.

     

Containers in APET

Our containers in APET (amorphous polyethylene terephthalate) are used mainly for food products requiring excellent visibility – clarity. These are usually fruits, salads, delicatessen, processed meat, snacks, etc.
The trays in APET are thermo-sealable and are a paramount element of the COMPAC SYSTEM together with the tray sealers and the sealing film reels.

The trays in APET can be used for packing food in modified atmosphere (MAP).

The temperature range of usage is from -40° C to +70° C.

• Excellent clarity;

• High elasticity which make them safe from breakage during handling and transport;

• Eexcellent resistance to aggressive chemical agents, to organic and inorganic substances (including oil, fat, etc…) and an excellent physiological behaviour (odourless, flavourless);

• Suitable for frozen food down to a minimum temperature of -40° C.

Containers in ALUMINIUM SMOOTH WALL

Our SMOOTH WALL ALUMINIUM containers manufactured from lacquered foil are thermo-sealable and constitute an essential element of the COMPAC SYSTEM together with the tray sealers and the sealing film reels.
Our containers are suitable for food packed in modified atmosphere with a long shelf life.

Available in aluminium colour inside and black outside to enhance your product presentation.

Technical properties of our containers:

 

• Suitable for pasteurisation and sterilization;

• Excellent resistance to aggressive chemical agents, to organic and inorganic substances (including oil, fat, high salt or acid content etc…) and an excellent physiological behaviour (odourless, flavourless);

• Providing the best possible barrier to gas for food with a long shelf life;

• Ideal for ready to cook products and for reheating in microwave oven and traditional oven up to +200° C for 60 minutes;

• A sealable roasting pan: suitable for cooking food at a maximum temperature of 200°C for 60 minutes, the container can be sealed straight after;

• Suitable for frozen food;

• Our ALc containers can go directly from the freezer to the oven.

Containers in CA+PLA

Our containers CA+PLA are made from pure cellulose fiber coated with poly lactic acid (PLA) which makes them waterproof and greaseproof.
The containers in CA+PLA are thermo-sealable and are a paramount element of the COMPAC SYSTEM together with the tray sealers and the sealing film reels.

They are manufactured from renewable biodegradable raw materials.

Our trays can be printed and customised on demand (brands and logos, texts, colours).

They can be recycled or disposed completely in industrial composting facilities.

The containers CA + PLA meet the criteria of the FSC® Certification System that ensures that the raw materials, such as pure cellulose fiber, are sourced from forests managed correctly and responsibly, confirming the environmental and social Compac respect:

Our moulded fiber containers are manufactured using only naturally biodegradable materials coming from renewable resources. This range is part of the Compac:

• Of High Quality, our containers have a good rigidity and compressive strength which make them safe from breakage during handling and transport;

• Excellent resistance to aggressive chemical agents, to organic and inorganic substances (including oil, fat, etc…) and an excellent physiological behaviour (odourless, flavourless);

• Suitable for reheating food in microwave oven up to 800 Watt for 3 minutes, and in traditional oven up to +175 °C for 30 minutes;

• Suitable to pack frozen food down to a minimum temperature of -25 °C;

• Our containers are able to go directly from the freezer to the oven.
